Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times and Rates
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, though transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping promotions, such as free shipping over a certain order value, will be reflected at checkout when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at sales@marketingfire.com.
Shipping Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't locate it, contact us at sales@marketingfire.com and we'll do our best to assist. We may be limited in what we can do for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States. This may change in the future.
