How Subscriptions Work
If you choose a subscription option at checkout, you're enrolling in a recurring order that automatically ships and bills on the interval you select (for example, every 30 days) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each recurring order at the then-current subscription price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping.
Billing and Renewal
Your first charge occurs when you place your order.
Each subsequent charge occurs automatically at the start of each renewal period, before that shipment is sent.
We'll send you a reminder before each renewal where required, and you can view or manage your subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, and canceling is easy. You may cancel your subscription through your account or by emailing us at sales@marketingfire.com. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 2 business days before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation stops future orders; it does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed or shipped (our Refund & Return Policy still applies to those).
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we'll notify you in advance, and the new price will apply to renewals after the notice period. You're always free to cancel before a price change takes effect.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until payment is resolved. We may update expired card information through services offered by payment networks where available.
Your Consent
By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that you understand its recurring nature, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel, consistent with applicable automatic-renewal laws.
